When coming up with a concept for a test shoot for Sports + Lifestyle Unlimited represented model Crystelle, after finding out her boxing experience I decided a long exposure theme would be perfect for her, to let her get free. We styled her in three adidas workout looks.

For this shoot we shot at FD Studio, using the Paul C. Buff AlienBees flash units (my favorite strobe lights to shoot with). I used a 3 light set up, with the key light being a beauty dish with a diffusion sock.
