This is to motivate photographers that believe you need “A LOT” of equipment to create! YOU ARE WRONG!

For this shoot I used ONLY a 1 light set up. Here’s a break down and bts of the images above using a Paul C Buff‘s AlienBees Flash units with a 47” Foldable Octabox. The key is placing your light in the right position for your subject! Being that there was some natural light coming into the gym, I used that to my advantage, and allowed that light to either be my key light or fill light throughout this shoot.
