A few weeks ago I had the opportunity to work with fitness model Tahira of Sports + Lifestyle Unlimited for some portfolio updates. We were able to get some fun studio portraits, and a few lifestyle portraits outside.

 

For these images I used the Paul C Buff‘s AlienBees Flash units 3 light set up. On the key light, I had a 22” White High Output Beauty Dish camera right of the subject. For the fill light I had the 64” Soft Silver PLM™ Umbrella with the Diffusion Fabric behind me, to fill in the shadows. For the rim light I used a 14″ x 60″ Foldable Stripbox behind and camera left of the subject.

 

For these images I used the Paul C Buff‘s AlienBees Flash units 3 light set up. On the key light, I had a 22” White High Output Beauty Dish camera left of the subject. To change the color of the grey background, I used 2 gelled back lights on a 7” Standard Reflector..

 

 

We then went outdoors and shot some beautiful images using natural light!
