Had the opportunity to photograph fitness model Shane of Sport & Lifestyle Unlimited agency at FD Photo Studio in Los Angeles styled in Nike attire. For this shoot I wanted to do something a little different to what I’ve shot before and wanted to photograph different football drills (cones, ladder, box jumps, etc.) in a closed in setting.

For this 3 light set up, I used Paul C Buff‘s Alien Bee Flash Unit with the 47″ Foldable Octabox on the key light. For the rim light I used a Foldable Stripbox, and had the other light as a backlight to light up behind the subject.
